If I Live to 100: Habits of the Centenarians

For the last 15 years, the New England Centenarian Study has been gathering information about people who have lived to be 100 years or older. So far over 1600 people have been interviewed about their lifetime habits.

This talk, If I Live to 100: Habits of the Centenarians, will present some of the study's interesting findings about diet, exercise, and stress. The researchers came to believe that habits, not genetics, are the most important factor in living a long and healthy life. Come to this talk to learn about 10 of the most important lifetime habits identified by the researchers.

The talk will be held inside Village Gate of Farmington, at 88 Scott Swamp Road, Farmington, CT. The event is free and open to the public.
